SHAUN HADSALL

Shaun is known worldwide as a leading provider of health and fitness solutions for men and women over the age of 40. He’s also a loving husband, father and grandpa of seven beautiful grandchildren.

He’s a 5-time best-selling author, who has been featured on the likes of ESPN, Oxygen, Muscle Media and the New York Times Bestsellers list.

Shaun was also one of 12 fitness instructors awarded Club Solution Magazine’s “Most-Fit Health Club Professional”. This prestigious award is a worthy addition to his awards and achievements in the fitness industry.

Inspired by his success, Shaun moved on to achieve a Level 2 Training Certification to become an Exercise Technologist and Food Coach helping thousands of people all over the world transform their bodies and their lives.

Karen is an expert at cooking and supplementation. She educated herself early in life that our busy lifestyles sometimes don't allow us to get the quality nutrients we need from diet foods and has experienced first hand the advantages of cooking and supplementing wisely.

And that philosophy continues to serve her well at the age of 60. She remains in outstanding shape, with the youthful energy and stamina to excel at a full-time job, while playing a vital role in the lives of her seven grandchildren.
